E-commerce Store — Shopify + Razorpay

The Challenge
M J Salon Furniture was operating entirely through word-of-mouth and Instagram DMs. They had no website, no online checkout, and no way to reach customers beyond their local area. As a result, they were losing potential orders every day.
Our Solution
We built a fully customized Shopify 2.0 store with a complete product catalog, category pages, Razorpay payment integration, and a mobile-first design optimized for conversions. We also set up Google Shopping and implemented foundational on-page SEO.

Discovery & Research
We audited competitors, identified product categories, and mapped the customer journey from landing page to checkout.
Design & Prototyping
We created Figma wireframes for all key pages, including the homepage, category pages, product detail pages, cart, and checkout, using a mobile-first approach.
Development
We customized the Shopify 2.0 theme, integrated the Razorpay payment gateway, set up inventory management, and uploaded products.
Launch & SEO
We set up Google Search Console, submitted the sitemap, added product schema markup, and integrated the Google Shopping feed.
