The challenge
Home-service customers decide in seconds and rarely trust a business they cannot see. RepairSathi needed a site that shows clear starting prices, makes booking effortless without logins or online payment, ranks for every neighbourhood it serves — and gives the team one place to manage services, bookings and technicians.
Our solution
We built a fast Next.js front-end on a custom Express + MongoDB API. Customers browse 12 services with starting prices, search, add to cart and pick a time slot, or book by call or WhatsApp. Behind it sits an admin dashboard with new-booking alerts, a catalogue manager with CSV/Excel import, vendor management and a vendor panel — plus metadata, JSON-LD, sitemaps and 64 locality pages for search.

Step 01
Structure & data model
We mapped 12 services, their sub-services and starting prices, and 64 service areas into a catalogue the team can manage without developers.
Step 02
Trust-first design
A mobile-first interface that answers customer doubts up front: starting prices, verified technicians, no online payment and a clear five-step process.
Step 03
Platform development
Next.js App Router front-end, Express + MongoDB REST API, slot booking, cart and search, admin and vendor panels, S3 image uploads and on-demand page revalidation.
Step 04
SEO, launch & management
Per-page metadata, JSON-LD, sitemap, GA4 and Search Console, an accessibility and Lighthouse pass — and ongoing design and management by RBM Studios.
